In this document, the term "you" means any individual or entity that purchases the products, and "we" refers to Tiandy Technology Co., Ltd.
I. Warranty Coverage
If a product suffers performance failures resulting from defective materials, workmanship or manufacturing under normal use and maintenance conditions and within the warranty period, we will provide standard after-sales warranty services including repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the provisions herein.
"Normal use and maintenance conditions" means the installation, operation, maintenance, storage and transportation of the product comply with the manufacturer’s user manual, and the product is used for its reasonable and legal intended purposes.
"Failure to operate normally" means the product cannot perform the functions specified in its standard performance parameters. No additional fees will be charged for warranty services within the scope of coverage, unless otherwise stated in advance, required by applicable laws or agreed by both parties.
